We were thinking of selling this a while ago but hung on to it and developed it. Now producing 1000+ uniques a day (pure typeins) and 4,000 subscribers. We now wonder what it's worth as it really is surplus to requirements.....

Nice. Probably 8,000-10,000 to a reseller, and 3x-5x that to an end-user buyer, if you can find one.

Ok, been offered £20k for it but I can't help feeling its a little low considering the traffic? Any advice on this one?

wow nice site did you develop it all yourself (inc flash interface)?
if so then I'd say 20k aint worth it

Yes, mostly built in house with the aid of some 3rd party development.

Simple 5 times revenue,if not 5k anyway good luck,take the 20k if youre not pulling more than 4k a year of it !
