CeMAPQualification.co.uk website for sale.
CeMAP is the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice and is the most popular UK qualification for UK mortgage brokers. DipMAP is the more advanced Diploma.
The site was built either as a lead gen site or to sell distance learning packages but with other things on the go, I've never had chance to do any thing with it.
All unique content and ranks well for a number of terms despite no real link building being done (and could rank a lot better with a little bit of work)

It's had Adsense on it for a while an makes between a few pence and £5ish per month, averages £1 - £2, though I'm sure this could be improved with better ad placement and a rankings boost from some good links.
