Celebrity website + 2 other celebrity names

I'm looking for offers on this mostly finished celebrity site + 2 other domain names, it has very high Google keyword search term words, for example, "Jennifer Lopez" had 110,000 exact searches last month in the UK, this is the current site as it is:

It only needs theses 3 pages doing to finish the site off:

Store page
Photo gallery
Wallpapers

I have put a free forum on there for now, you might want to update that to a proper forum, or you could leave the forum off all together if you wanted, it would save having to moderate it for spam, then again, I would be happy to moderate it for you, and I'm sure once a few people have joined the forum and started posting, more will thenfollow suit.

The site just got indexed by Google in the past week or so, it was around position number 7 or 8, but has now moved up to position number 3 or 4 on page one of Google.co.uk already, and with a little work it could be in the number 1 spot.

In addition to the Lopez domain and site, I'm also offering these 2 domains with it as part of the sale, they would compliment it nicely if you used the Lopez template to knock up 2 more sites for these celebrities and link them all up, both have very high UK search terms for the domain names:

A forum member did approach me out of the blue last week and made me an offer for the Lopez name and website + the Carey domain, but he hasn't been in touch with me since

Just checked and the Lopez site now has a Google page rank of 1, and is result number 3 on page 1 of Google.co.uk
