Catching

I've jumped back in to catching the odd domain or two (through catcher services) but the last coupleof domains I've attempted to catch, haven't dropped even though they were well past the date they should.

It's been quite a while since the last time I attempted this, but I never saw this pattern before.

Is the dropping time not quite so set in stone - or have I just stumbled on a couple of anomalies (both domains are still saying Suspended even though one should have dropped over a month ago)

Times are still accurate, but every now and then, domains remain stuck in suspension due to other reasons, usually relating to outstanding legal issues etc. Check with Nominet, they will be able to at least confirm if held for an undisclosed reason...if so, just keep an eye on them, though typically they remain in that state for years/indefinitely.
