I think this domain is suitable for a whole host of job/career related sites, job ads, informational etc.

A simple build could be a site hosting a decent career test i.e. what type of jobs, careers suit based on test. With relevant ads of course.

I think it is brandable but it would require development - by the sounds of it, a fair bit. I would put undeveloped value as reg fee.
