Wanted: Domain Appraisal careeradvice//org//uk

I have just picked up careeradvice//org//uk and would appreciate any thoughts on current value?

I am probably going to develop the domain rather than sell it.

IMO it fits the extension quite well and according to google "exact" monthy searches it is a massive search term:

Avg Monthly Search Volume - 1,000,000
February Search Volume - 1,830,000

Any opinions on what the domain is worth (not developed)?

Hi Ben, monster keyword term, got to be at least £500 IMO, as you say,name fits the extension well.
