car insurance affiliate

I have a car insurance domain which, according to overture recieved 715838 on the exact words that make up the domain.

I have an affilaite banner to motorquote direct, but is there anything else out there that allows customer to fill in details, like confused.com?

i would appreciate any help, might even be able to throw in a few beers to the person/people who can point me on the right track
