Im looking to buy websites that have a PR minimum of PR4 in the following niches:

Automotive
Travel
Electronics
SEO / Design
Finance
Health

All sites MUST have at least a PR4, dont bother sending me anything that has a PR3, PR2, P1, PR0 as I wont even bother looking at them.

extensions MUST be either:

.org.uk
.co.uk
.com

Content on the site must be 100% unique. I will check before purchase.

Wordpress preferable, but CMS is a must!

You bought a site from me about a month ago and all transferred with thanks etc, but you are still using my hosting. I have sent you 3 messages about the hosting but I haven't had a reply.

I wouldn't normally be bothered but the account in question only has limited slots and I have a domain waiting to use the slot so please let me know if you need help transferring the site or anything?
