Geos do sell in .pro occasionally. Not big bucks but still nice if you registered one for $99 a year or two ago. Here are some reported geo sales;

Moscow.pro $470 Jun 09
Paris.pro $2,888 Sep 06
Iraq.pro $900 May 06
Reno.pro $500 Aug 06
Macau.pro $1,900 Nov 05

Most .pro enthusiasts read .pro as the branding suffix Pro meaning you know what you are doing or are an expert in the keyword. There are 15,000+ US trades marks with Pro in for that reason.

If you ran a tour guide agency in Bucharest, wanted to write a guide book or develop an information site on Bucharest, or were a recruitment agent or freelance professional in Bucharest, Bucharest.pro could work nicely.

Here's an example of a recruitment firm in Bucharest using Pro branding.

BUCHAREST PRO RECRUT SRL

Bucharest.pro would be the perfect domain name for them. Based on reported sales, I would value it at $200-$300 reseller and up to $2,000 end user.

Very impressive (not)
Don't bank on this one, with the expensive renewal fees on .pro i would drop it and save some money TBH

Good luck

I also have

suomi
vatican
brasilia
stuttgart
madison

.pro's cost $19.95 to renew at Encirca.

Of the other geo .pros you listed I prefer Stuttgart.pro. I don't think there is much mileage in the others.
