You maybe might get high xx for it on DL, but I think it's really only good for development. Problem is, you've only got to search for the phrase in google to see what you are up against! Google business listings and ads dominate the entire "above the fold" area of the first page, then the first organic results is TripAdvisor which I imagine get's the vast majority of the clicks. At least if you developed it with a good directory site, it would increase it's value for that alone.

Brighton is super tech-savvy, so I don't think there's any market for this.

I think Googles massive listing insertions for phrases like this, along with TripAdvisors absolute dominance for the top natural spot has destroyed any value that were in domains like this.

So the best you can do is rank 13th for your own brand name / emd phrase - thats got to make the domain worth little/nothing surely?
