Sounds like a great name for a

1) Golf blog
2) Bird-watch site

Generic and easy to remember.
Develop the domain, build traffic, promote etc. This will build value whilst you decide to sell or not.

I would agree - if it were the .co.uk.

I just don't think this one really works for the .org.uk extension.
