New one to me and I've been doing this since the 90s...
I don't see the difference in this "domain" and using Biodiesel as a subdomain on any short tld to be honest.
I'd say reg fee, but I'm not sure what the reg fee is on a .uk.net, so I'm going for £0, unless you develop it & it becomes a success. If this does happen though, then I'm assuming that whoever owns uk.net can then charge you whatever they like as a renewal? Or maybe not.. I'm guessing here...
Pretty stiff reg fee for second level domain (subdomain). Don’t know about sales value. Seen some charities and groups on this type of domains. Keyword value should be equal to one of the subdomain though.
The problem with biodiesel is that it won't be sold over the internet, therefore you can't run a sales website on it and that limits the domain's value.
Might be worth holding on to then ... it will certainly be a growing trend but probably still a few years away IMO. Just hope the processing kits are expensive ...
The processors are generally £1000+ and I know of affiliate schemes paying 5-10% commission if anyone wanted to develop on this name as a purchase or joint venture.
Looks like .uk.xxx names can rank well - the number 2 result for Google search for "ringtones" shows this too.
