BidClock.co.uk is a penny auction site based around paying per a bid, much like the big sites out there such as swoopo, and madbid.
The site uses a script, however the script seems not very popular on forums, so it maybe you wish to change the script on the site to make the experience better for the users.
There are currently around 30 users, I had a small launch to try the site out but it does require time, investment into products (Most sites similar order direct from amazon and suchlike).
Also will include twitter, facebook, youtube. Buyer pays nominet.
