What would you value the above domain (undeveloped) at? And is it worth developing?

Unfortunately worth very little and I imagine would be very difficult to rank if developed without a very significant amount of work.

Maybe 5 years ago but now affiliate is pretty much on its arse, add the ending emd reportedly had, its an ultra competitive brand driven market and an org.uk..? Pretty much a non starter developing unless your looking to through away money? You could try spending an hour or so emailing any interested parties if you get a bite take what they offer? otherwise I’d move on to something else..
