Be Wary Of What You Flaunt

Be careful what you try to sell as people are looking to gain. For instance if you have a domain in your portfolio, others on here scan other extensions and snap them up so if you're bothered by that, reg them before you advertise them for sale.

Also be careful what you advertise, I've noticed some strange goings on, you reg a name, then all of a sudden the .com is bought off of the previous holder and or, you set nameservers and the .com changes hands or a site is set up, you put a basic site and the .com gets bought and a similar set up can be found within weeks and you just know it wasn't there before.

So watch your backs - some people can't think for themselves.

It's like me buying a .co.uk setting up a site, becoming extablished, then the person who holds .com decided to set up the same sort of site and not sell it any more, they've got to be the worst. Well the worst was that *****d hale from the other week. Nevermind.

Is there a way round the current spying that goes on? those buggers at nominet don't give a s***!

Well perhaps if I put the facts out there, people can go and figure out how they're doing it and do one of two things, join in or see it happening for themselves, figure out how certain things that even nominet reps can't understand are happening and reveal all.

Tag / DAC holders are even concerned at how they're being watched. Strange. Perhaps it's all in the mind, even if it is a bit on the vitriolic side, I gets to the point in the end.

Yes I know, but as usual you've got to get big enough to afford to pay the money, meanwhile these people who are already established can p*** on those until that point.

If they did care and sold products that could be righfully sold then we could all sleep at night....when you have unpaid advisers what do you expect

Also be wary of those asking for names for sale and their stats, often it is a fishing exercise to see what names do best. But of course there of course genuine buyers, and I hope ´this behaviour´ does not go on here.
