I guess there are a number of things you could do with it like luxury apartment listings, etc but I think it's a fantastic name for an ecom store selling boys toys and designer furniture. All high ticket stuff.

Im thinking this will be a project (once I've got my current bits and pieces out of the way) but what are your thoughts on value?

I think this could work OK as a site if you could persuade people to post pictures of their bachelor pad and thereby create a community. It will probably take a bit of effort to get people involved, but then you could monetise with affiliate offers for tech and furniture ... and probably dating too!

Rgds

I love it :p

Tons of potential for what you and Accelerator said, definitely boys toys but promoting a dating site would be good and the community thing would be brilliant if you could implement that ?

Value on it's own undev'd maybe £1000 to £1500 but it's a case of finding the buyer !

I know what you mean about getting bits out of the way first, I have got far too many ideas and just had to put some on the back burner and ignore them.

Wish I had some slaves to work for me for free so I can do all of my ideas.

Good luck

ps. what's your bachelor pad > a straw hut with a hammock lol

£250 a month with daily cleaning and free bog roll - win/win!

I would go ecom all the way. Pinball machines, arcade games, funky furniture, cool bar equipment, etc, etc, etc. Very easy to market socially which is key for me with Google being an arse lately. The only problem is it would require a proper business setup unless you dropshipped. I reckon the site name would spread like wildfire with the City Boys though.

I use to love Thai boxing but I have an health issue now so the training is to much for me :(

You've been there a while and I don't blame you

Yeah mate went home at Christmas and got depressed. Grey skies, rain, Ed Milliband, chavs and the X Factor culture don't do it for me. A few weeks later I was on my way back out here! :D
