How easy/hard is it to update the items ?
Easy...
Adding from Amazon is just search for items by category / keyword / price etc and then click add and they're in.... Of course if you want some SEO love you should go in and add / edit some unique text.
Adding from CSV feed tends to be a bit more fiddly.
The theme supports integration with eBay, Datafeedr, Amazon and csv uploads
Updating is easy ... just like editing a post in wordpress... and you can also click to edit direct from front-end
Is the backend your creation or an open source /plugin ?
