Asus Eee laptop anyone?

Anyone using this little thing? I just want something light and cheap for the holiday bag.

I have the smaller version but am soon to chop it in for the 9" version.

For out and about, its spot on although the battery life is only 2hours or so.
 
They're good machines, dont use it that often but it's perfect for travelling. I prefer using it in full linux desktop mode as opposed to the default appliance mode it ships with. I only use it for connectivity via HSDPA and then VPN / RDP into home or work, so not too fussed about flash drive size and perfromance etc..

My son is using his as we speak eee PC, he is 8 yrs old and uses it for games/browsing, I wouldn't use it due to the limited screen resolution but he loves it...for now.
 
Yep, I've got one, cost £250 and is great for taking away with you when travelling etc.
