What you will get: as with all my site sales every site hosted on a separate cPanel account. Buyer gets the domain itself (nic fee payable by the buyer), one month free hosting to transfer the site. After 30 days the hosting account is automatically deleted. I do not do site transfers, sorry. But you host can do it for you and in most cases free of charge.
