I'm now looking at offers on the following:
AsianDating.org.uk
The term Asian Dating has around 3,000 local exacts. This site is on Page 1 of Google (around 6th) and has been for 12 months since I took it on.
Hasn't been hit by any of the Google algo changes, nice solid site.
Unique visitor numbers per month are as follows:
Jan 13 = 294
Feb 13 = 249
Mar 13 = 219
Apr 13 = 235
Currently conversions on around 7% of the unique visitors are signing for membership to the site - but for the purposes of this sale assume no revenue.
