If it wasn't for the fact I trust you from being on here you would think it was a scam site.

You pay the fee before knowing what you can order or what you get for your money?

My kids are prolific when it comes to drawing and I was trying to find more information on how to get the trainers so I could have their pictures placed on.

Forgive me if I've missed something.

Pop art is a great name though.

I though it was clear from the offset what people are buying, bespoke pop art. Its basically the same business model alot of other similar sites offer, pay before work is undertaken.

I kind of understand what you mean.

Do think a video may explain it more?

Ahh now it makes sense.

Sorry about that.

A video may do. Will have a think about how it could have made me see it clearer.

I see what you are trying to do Baz, but as said by Caz it isnt very clear.

I think most users would leave the site before they find out what is actualy on offer, as it took a few minutes for me to understand what was going on.

You need to try and make it clear from the first title section, as most people will read this and decide if they want to read more. If it is not clear within a couple of seconds I think alot of users will bounce away from your site.

I'll try something.........not too sure what though. For me, it kinda says what the site and process is about in the top box.

Its like those pics you stare at but in reverse, i see it but no one else can!!

Really struggling, if anyone can think of how to do this lets me know please.

I'd leave the fee part out at first

Asking for a fee before explaining what the service is all about is may put people off straight away.

Perhaps something like this would explain what it is you're offering.
