The .com version of this domain was sold for $5500 through AfternicDLS. I know it's not even close to that but still thought it's somewhat worth! what's your opinion!?

By the way average CPC for this phrase is $25.

I believe "special finance" is a US term, and I can tell you it's not a common UK term, which is why the .com is way more valuable than the .co.uk.

I don't think this is US specific term because several UK websites are using it for e.g.

financeleadsonline (dot co dot uk)
and
exclusiveleads (dot co dot uk)
