Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraisal Required Please

Hi there,

I have been approached by the MD of secondhome.uk.com to buy my domain name of secondhome.co.uk - which to me represents a possible future extension to a soon-to-be launched company but I could be persuaded to let it go.

I'm thinking of something around the £1000 mark - any one else got an opinion on whether that is realistic?

Nice name, much better than the one he's already got.

£2000 I'd say, but do your homework on the company first.

The majority of these 2nd home / investment property / overseas property people are con merchants. I've been all over Europe looking at property and I woudn't trust anyone I've met so far to empty the cats litter tray.

Eitherway, you should get a nice sum for it, tell them primelocation & rightmove are also interested.
