There aren't any AdWords ads appearing on this keyphrase, so that's not so good for an AdSense site.

I would view "AllTerrain" as a brandable name, but as such the .org.uk isn't ideal.

I have 4x4s.org.uk, which I feel is stronger on the basis of the number of AdWords ads appearing.

Good luck with it, but I don't feel a sale will be easy, so you might have to monetise it with a site instead.
