Look - I know you guys are probably sick of these letting names but this is rather important!

Basically a big company LettingWeb . com are after these two domains....

LettingNews . com / LettingNews . co . uk

they are offering £30k for BOTH.... now I realise that domains are worth what someone is prepared to pay for them...but am I being ripped off!!!


ASAP opinions would be apprecdiated!

However that does look like a fair offer. You have to remember that generics do have a limited value, above which the buyer will just give up and buy blogslettingnews.co.uk for £6
Having the generic in your market looks good, but it doesn't promote the company name.

This game isn't just about getting the best price. You have to have turnover. Take the money and move on.

When you aint got any money in the bank like me and you can't sell and no one wants the 'crap' you have then you wish you'd taken the £3000 you'd turned down at the start of the year.

If you don't need the money don't sell, if you need the money sell, if you think you can get better then keep them if you don't then sell. If I was you, I'd sell because that's my situation. But I'd sell anyway.

I would say £1000 and that you will handle the transfer costs and paperwork.

No, it would be like selling Ashleys Cole to Chelsea. LettingJobs.com is worth something, LettingsJobs.com isn't.

As for the other two domains for sale, I would sell them, as LeeOwen said you will regret it if you don't.
