Since a couple of people were interested in it, would anyone like to put a value on this?

I was thinking of it from the persective that you could use sub-domains to make it more interesting -

car.jacker.co.uk, fone.jacker.co.uk, hi.jacker.co.uk, etc.

Mate you know I wanted that domain. Personally I would develop it rather than park it. As others have said, you will fetch more for a developed domain.

As it stands you might get a hundred or two but the market is probably fone jacker fans. If you develop it there is a good chance it would get ten times that amount (maybe more).

It's a good name.
