Nearly up to v9 :)

ie9 .co.uk

What's your option on value?

TIA!

The obvious use is buy lots and lots and lots of lube because billy boys gang will do you like deliverance only wishes it could.

A few people here and felt the sting of bill's weapons m(ass) destruction.

Microsoft protect their marks and rights by sticking a jackhammer in your ass and shouting squeal like a peeeeeeg. Only unlike most people who are wary of spending cash on making examples out of people microsoft would rather make roll ups out of 50 notes than NOT ride you like a sheep in wales.

Dashu, Microsoft will ride your brains out over generic names that they have decided they like. So he may not have been controversial name.

It would be like whoever owns acorn.co.uk starting a hosting/reg company and deciding that have a TM on Acorn so they now want this forum name, Microshaft do that too, so it may not be black/white.

I just had visions of him having regd ie7, ie9, etc - clearly he's unlucky if they come for him twice.

I have to say it all seems very unfair that if you've had a domain, or more especially a website for a few years that someone can just come along & demand it off you.

I know it's the nominet rules but I wonder how that stands when taken in the context of English law that it needs ultimately to fall under.

I know a chap who's a barrister & just happens to be an expert in intellectual property & copyright law, I'll ask him if I get a chance.

I don't know how clean cut or if what I said in that case is possible, but some DRS's and UDRP's I have read are bonkers.

Maybe someone with more DRS / UDRP can shead some light on it.

or set up a site called "Internet Elfs 9" which has a "best viewed in firefox" link at the bottom

hehehe

That always confuses me, is it elfs or elves hell are they even the same thing ?

Its the collective for Virus when I used to write that on my old programming website, I used to get 50 emails saying "Its Virii you tool', then when I put Virii they emailed and said "Virus you spanner, like sheep are lamb, ewe, rams, virus is a collective type', then just to piss them off I'd put viruses, and everyone was pissed :p

Anyway "Internet Elf v9" and put a variant of A.L.I.C.E. on there that talks to your users about domains :p
