Hey there guys, I currently have a few domains up for sale on sedo, and I was looking for help on their valuation. The domains are:

Enhancefinance.net
I thought this would be a decent website if developed for things relating to money, such as loans or additional income.

Realestateplace.co.uk
This is the only parked page that has earned me money (albeit a very small amount!). Its got 20 hits from when I parked it, which was the 12th december. Some were from the USA, then after researching I realised realestate is a term used more in America.

realarchitecture.info
Maybe related to property again?

theestateplace.info
Probably the weakest of the lot, maybe reg fee or higher?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

All relatively worthless I would have thought unless you had a lucky enquiry.

Sorry, but I would agree that none of these domains have value. In order to be valuable, you need a pure generic term or a popular keyphrase variation on it (as per Google Keywords Tool), e.g.

carinsurance.co.uk - very valuable
cheapcarinsurance.co.uk - still pretty valuable

If you just add on a random word it's probably not valuable, e.g.

carinsuranceplace.co.uk

Oh right, thanks for all the replies. In that case do think it would be best to sell them all together for something really small?

I don't see any advantage in grouping them together when attempting to sell them.
