Wanted: Domain Appraisal App Development

I picked this up today and although I wasn't really looking to extend my portfolio it did seem to stand out.

AppDevelopment.org.uk

The term alone has some exacts - and many extensions taken - but also possible to include some subdomains such as:

facebook.appdevelopment
android.appdevelopment
iphone.appdevelopment
mobile.appdevelopment

The phrase is also used on a few companies Adword campaigns

Any thoughts would be appreciated.....

Haven't a few app names achieved pretty good sales prices?

I think this was worth picking up on the free to reg. An app developer will understand the SEO benefits of the name, so I can see a sale, but value will be limited by the .org.uk.

Thanks for reply - wasn't aware of the recent 'app' based sales. Will take a look.

I'm not planning on going in to the app development business so will be used as a lead generation site or resale of course.

Anyone any thoughts or experience in selling app based domains?
