Hi guys,
I have a neglected apartments website for sale, which needs work.
Revenue generated in 2011 was £552.05 (5% of £11,039.96 of bookings). No revenue to report in 2012 as the site has slipped from it's rankings due to other commitments.

It's a good looking site with the potential to rank well.
Not looking for a huge sale and will set a nice BIN of £400.
