Just looking around for some white label dating schemes and have seen the easydate solution. Something in the terms and conditions has made me a bit wary.
"If EasyDate terminates your agreement, EasyDate may decide not to grant any pending payments and may also apply a termination charge at EasyDate's own discretion. Failure to cover this termination charge can result in legal action."
Obviously there is no mention of how much the termination charge actually is, I suppose they make that amount up as they go?
I have no experience of whitelabel stuff, apart from Awin Shopwindow, is this common practice, that they may actually charge me if they decide they dont want me in there program after 6 months?
