I haven't used them for some time, but I just checked my Namewarden account, and found that they had caught NO domains out of 15 or so credits I bought. Furthermore, I cannot move the credits to new domains as their small-print specifies a maximum contract period of 12 months per domain, after which period if they haven't caught your domain, the money is theirs. I might as well have thrown my cash into the wind. Following up with them, they are plainly not interested in appeasing dissatisfied customers; looks like a case of 'take the money and run'
Looking through various domain/dropcatching forums inc this one, I cannot find very many positive comments about this firm. I thought I should post my experience here and give warning to anyone thinking about using these guys to do some research first, unlike me. It would be interesting to see whether any of the regulars here have had good/bad experiences with Namewarden.
