You people have just GOT to check out the games done by IntroVersion - they are brilliant! I once knew somebody who had a copy of the game and let me play on it, but I forgot about it for a while. Today I revisited the site, and saw that not only do they have Uplink, but they also have Darwinia (their second game), and released tomorrow (29th) is DEFCON!

Needless to say, I bought all 3 :mrgreen:

When you buy they send you boxed versions through the post (containing both Windows AND Linux versions), but also let you download there and then (apart from DEFCON, you can't have that early )

IntroVersion Software are known as "The Last of the Bedroom Programmers", but I believe in many cases they are a lot better than some of the big companies out there, they are fresh and exciting.

MyY job used to be playing CS....I used to play CS for up to 18 hours a day. No idea how I managed it, lol! Quake T - very, cool. Used to play against my friends a lot. Always came last, lol

These days it's BF2, although I forsee many, many 'lost' hours when NWN2 comes out in a few weeks....
