I am regrettably putting AllInOrlando.com up for sale as i have not had time to devleop it as much as i would have liked to.
I bought this for low 4 figures off Acorn from a fellow member not so long ago. The revenue it had generated were from local tourist businesses in and around Orlando, places like Gatorland etc. What advertisers get is a homepage listing and a featured page with web link like this -http://www.allinorlando.com/airboat-rides-midway/
The cost we have done this at and the cost that it was previously being offered at was $200 per listing. This can be adjusted on a per customer/exposure basis.
The other way it is setup to make money is through affiliate programs. As you can see we have been accepted by pretty much every affiliate going. Walt Disney, Car hire, Hotels 4u, Universal etc.
The reason i have decided to put this up for sale now is the imminent arrival of Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando. They are expecting unprecedented demand for everything Orlando when this attraction opens so it is the perfect time to develop and market as other local businesses/hotels know they are going to need to increase marketing efforts.
The website we have also made fully mobile optimised recently along with some CSS tweaks and other small issues when we purchased it.
Traffic wise it gets very few visitors due to the lack of marketing over the last 6 months since i purchased this. It did get around 30 uniques a day and has generated a total of $400 since i have owned it through purchases from Orlando Attractions.
I also will give the buyer the content guys who do the writing. Its very cheap and very high quality for the money.
Buyer can keep the website on our hosting if it is easier for a period of up to 6 months (we can arrange past this for a small fee if needed)
I am open to offers/questions via PM.
Sad to see this go as it has bags of potential but i have so much on my hands already that i am not doing this justice.
