For the purpose of listing for sale here on acorn today, would someone please provide me and any potential buyers with a valuation please?

I was going to build a business directory and news site (there are some serious players in Alderley Edge, not just footballers) but my EPN sites are now taking off like rockets and I simply don't have the time.
