How are you getting these search results? I'd have looked at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
which shows 450,000 at CPC 46p? Though I'm not sure that's correct...?

EDIT: Oh, OK, match exact drop down. I see that now....*Doh*

@ Maverick, that will be because you have the keyword too set as default to broad search for the Match Type:, you need to choose exact from the drop down menu
