advise on hight cpc

I have been searching away while watching tv just to pass some time, but something has interested me and im wondering weather this would be a rubbish buy or not.

It doesnt have many exacts only 1300 local exacts but has a CPC of £10.71
so sounds ok just as that, its 2 words but a hyphen between them and is a ,org.uk, would you think its worth anything?

Hmmm yea I do understand all of that, time is money and money is time!
I will have a think about it and see if I will have the time to get it rolling before I buy, If not I may post it on here and let someone else reg it, what is the chances of get £10 CPC though? The tool says it but realistic what is it more likely to be, the competition is high

The cost depends on the advertiser and also on your website ratings. If your website is related and high rated on some keywords in which advertiser has an interests then the cpc rate will rise.

publishers get 68% of the CPC and each ad click cost varies.

i will take it if it shows high advertiser competition for that keyword
