Hi everyone, I have a website in the cooking niche for sale. Let me give you some stats about the website.


over the passed 12 months it has earned over £4000.
It earned £900 last month from adsense ALONE.
6000 email list (aweber) - 70+ sign ups a day
the traffic is organic.
number 1 on google for its search term.

The site could be making more with affiliates, but that isnt my strong point.

Also, there is a publishing deal lined up with this. Publish a cookbook (few times a year) for the iPad, Kindle, Nook, and Sony Reader. This is a good way to increase the sites revenue.
