I have for sale a unique girls game website -PR2
The website has had a lot of work and money added in terms of coding (it really is unique) and the look of the website is fantastic all designed by myself (dont let that put you off, check it out and you will see).
Games have been manually added (nothing automated), which means that every description for the game is unique, which is VERY important in this niche.
The memberlist is growing and has children playing and clicking ads every day.
Adsense earnings are around £5 a week and the website has had adsense implemented for at least 2 years.
Where I lack is with the SEO side of things..I really do believe that someone with a skill in this area can increase the adsense income substantially.
I really do not want to sell this website as it is special to me because of the amount of love that has gone into it.
The reason why I am selling is because I need to pay off a card, plus my main site is in a totally different niche and I want/need to focus my attention in this niche alone.
I would like £1500 for the website and I wont shift from this price.
If the website doesn't sell then so be it, I will just keep adding games manually and see where the site goes in a few years.

EDIT: just to let all know that there has been no purchasing of traffic so it's all organic, mostly from bing.
