Hi mate. Sorry for not responding sooner after you replied to the PM.
The challenge for me is that you've littered it with Adsense, which destroys the credibility.
If you are considering selling, I'd definitely remove (or downplay) those sooner rather than later. It's not realistic that any buyer would keep them as they are, so the income they're generating now wouldn't be included in the valuation formula.
A website can only really be valued on:
- Cost to reach the same point in terms of web design and SEO
- Ability to generate income
The site itself could be quite attractive once you ditch the adverts. The parallax effect makes it look relatively modern. But that still doesn't amount to much.
Traffic wise, 20k visits (assuming Google Analytics and not unreliable stats like Webalizer, etc.) is potentially valuable enough. But "online business ideas" isn't very easily affiliate-or-product-able compared to some.
Some of the links reported are obviously not great, which would concern me a bit, despite the disavows, etc. I'm totally OCD on that!
My recommendation for a route to market would be to target SEO blogger/affiliate owners for the potential for an easy uplift in traffic and business as a feeder site.
There's plenty of those around who already know how their traffic converts and would be able to give you a sensible offer.
