Google Adsense tells me:
Page impressions 25,680
Clicks 5,859
Earnings UK£425.07

It was getting lots of traffic when i first added unique content to it, but recently its slowed down. All it would need is fresh content to boost this nice keyword .org.uk domain name.

Thats over 4 years.

The domain earned £332.55 in its 1st year - when it was fresh content.

With some good SEO work and some fresh content it can be a good earner.

I'm looking at offers in the mid to high xxx
A fair price for such a keyword .org.uk ?

but remember..

and that was just a simple 3 page site.

that's proof in itself what happens when you neglect a site!

if i had the time to push the site more and spend some SEO time on it, i certainly wouldn't be selling for xxx when it can earn that in 1 year

Surely neglecting a site like this shouldn't impact revenue.

Do you have screenshots of the AdSense? I would be tempted to make an offer but it would have to be very low £xxx (based almost entirely on the domain value).

Has the site design changed? That CTR looks incredibly high for what the website currently looks like. I am interested in making an offer, I just want to get my head around the numbers and why things have tailed off.

25% CTR is going to be tough to improve on! Can you send shots of current GA? Without existing traffic/revenue I can only offer what I value the domain at (and a little extra for the content)

well, the more you ask me for stats and figures the more its reminding me that it was a good earning domain, and can be again if i did some work with it.

Therefore i'm not listening to any offers, the price is £500.

anyhow, i think its a decent keyword domain for a .org.uk, wouldn't you agree?
