Hi. Please PM me for the address of the website as I wish to avoid posting this publically. It is a .co.uk domain.
In the last three months alone it has made over £650 in direct advertising sales (always the buyer has emailed me, I've never sought out advertisers - these are three separate link deals, one for six months, two for a year, the yearly ones are the same firm, the six months a different one) and continued to receive £25 a month on another that has been established over a year. One advertiser has promised another link soon which should be an extra £250.
Traffic is low, slightly less than 100 uniques in last month according to analytics with average of 2.38 page views each. PR is 3. Yahoo linkpop over 1000. Equivalent domain is taken in com, net, org and info. There's even a .co.uk typo of the domain someone has registered since 2007 (there might be more, I discovered this by accident). It has some OK rankings in google for the best keywords for debt that could easily be built upon. Apart from changing the design a few months ago I haven't put any work into the site for years and almost all the content was written when it was first made at the end of 2003.
Reason for sale is quite ironic: I'm trying to get out of my own debts!
