Reason For Sale
I own Mang Creative, the UK's leading web design agency and we simpy dont have the time to dedicate to any other proejcts currently. Furthermore l have just started an online print business which is taking up most of my time.
Growth
The car make and models have not been updated on the site for over a year which we know has had an affect. Our suppliers want more leads but currently we are not advertising the site and havent been for 13 - 14 months - for example 1 supplier requires 8 leads a day and we only send 2 / 3.
Contracts
Each supplier we have a signed contract with. All contracts can be transferred to the new owner. The contracts are long standing and our main supplier has been with us for 38 months !
Revenue
Revenue is generated from each lead. Customers visit the site, we take their details and sell the lead onto 4 suppliers (upto maybe less). The lead price is £6.00 + VAT so each lead has a value of £24.00. This is the same for car and van leasing. At its height we were invoicing suppliers + £3,000 per month now its down to £1,100 - £1,200.
The car and van insurance revenue works on a yearly fee of £395.00 + VAT per advertorial. Furthermore we have links via Text Link Ads on the footer that generate circa $32.00 a month.
