Considering the sale of my site www.3gcoverage.co.uk. Have recently been presented with a new opportunity which would mean very little time for anything else. Having said that, am happy for the site to tick over if i don't get a reasonable offer 
Site is PR2 and was registered July 2010 with 46 pages of unique content, using a custom designed Wordpress theme. The sale would also include the .com and .org.uk as well as a few articles I still need to add.
The term '3g coverage' has 5400 local searches a month. Ave CPC £0.78

The exact term has fluctuated between 1st and 3rd recently, which accounts for the drop in organic traffic (and the reason I've done more PPC).
Could do with monetising more pages and a general tidy up. Have spent very little on SEO/link building so definitely a lot more potential in the site.
