Am now looking to sell at a more realistic price.

Not had chance to work on it for some time so organic rankings have dropped. Been between 1 and 6 in the past few weeks or so. Recently got involved in a new project outside of AM which means this will just fall further by the wayside so hopefully someone can take it on.

Been active since July 2010. Generic .co.uk with 5400 exact searches a month.

Custom designed WP theme. Also including the .com and .org.uk.

Commission - £6199.97
PPC Commission - £2514
Organic Commission - £3685.97
PPC Cost - £1,710.12
Profit - £4,489.85

Are you able to give commission stats for the last 1 and 3 months, along with rough adwords spend?

Would you also be willing to provide a list of ads/keywords used for PPC?

Hi

Commission for last 3 months is £445.50 (26 Jan - 26 April)
Commission for last 1 month is £56.

PPC spend £183. I havent done any PPC since 23rd Feb.

I'd be happy to share the keywords used with the buyer.

Just to be transparent, I also have the site listed elsewhere with one interested buyer so far.

The exact match keyword has been moving between 1 and 3 over the past few months but this week has dropped to 6th.

This could be due to the latest G update combined with the fact that I haven't added any new content since February nor done any link building either.

If you have the time to put into it, I don't see any reason why rankings can't be improved.
