2x Adult Sites selling as package...

I am looking to sell InflatableDildo.co.uk, InflatableButtPlug.co.uk and SpankingPaddle.co.uk as a package. I started these sites in December, they started ranking and receiving good traffic levels early January.

Reason for selling
I am in the home straight of my final year of my degree, so I am selling the majority of my smaller sites so that I can focus on my thesis.

Google.co.uk Rankings
InflatableDildo.co.uk - #4 for "Inflatable Dildo"
InflatableButtPlug.co.uk - #3 for "Inflatable Butt Plug"
SpankingPaddle.co.uk = #3 for "Spanking Paddle"

Traffic
InflatableDildo.co.uk - Jan = 341 uniques, Feb = 520 uniques
InflatableButtPlug.co.uk - Jan = 359 uniques, Feb = 551 uniques
SpankingPaddle.co.uk - Jan = 79 uniques, Feb = 175 uniques

Revenue
Collectively, the sites achieved....
January = 20 sales (£174.76 revenue)
February = 49 sales (£316.77 revenue)

Merchants
I've been mainly promoting LoveHoney on PaidOnResults. 95% of the sales have been for them, and a couple of sales for Passion8 on AffiliateWindow. Commission starts at 16% and goes up to 21% when you reach £500 in sales, which doesnt take too long each month. SexToys.co.uk has just joined POR, so would be a good idea to add their products to the sites as they offer commission of up to 23%.

Price
I am confident the sites' revenue will continue to increase as they creep up the rankings. As they are relatively small sites I understand the industry average is 10-12x monthly revenue. Using £300 as the monthly revenue figure, the guide price is £3000 for the three sites.

"Inflatable Dildo" = 1300 exacts (3600 broad)
"Spanking Paddle" = 1300 exacts (2900 broad)
"Inflatable Butt Plug" = 720 exacts (1600 broad)
Please note the sites have also been receiving a lot of longtail keyword traffic.

Nice Sale, Altho the sale is over (not supposed to comment on sales threads), I was wondering if you used PPC or any paid advertising because that conversion rate is pretty good going for new sites

the conversion rate is particularly high (11% in feb) but i guess this is down to the nature of the products... would you buy a spanking paddle in a bricks and mortar shop ? I've found similarly high conversions with other adult sites. The average conversion for LoveHoney is 5.6%, so I find 11% to be relatively normal, considering the targeted nature of my visitors/clicks.

i did a couple of days of PPC but found I wasnt seeing a growth in sales, so stopped the campaigns.

the sites all receive good amounts of long tail traffic, quite often for specific products, so that would explain the high conversion.

as you can see december received a lot of hits/clicks but only one sale. this was down to me posting the URL for the sites on gumtree to speed up the indexing process, which resulted in a lot of visitors/clicks however as they were not in buying mode I was lucky to have even made that one sale

Cool, thanks for the detailed info, I mostly stick with adult member sites 50% rev for life is very attractive, altho I did sit down and talk to a large company about drop shipping at an adult expo but seemed limited.

One thing I have learned about people and sex toys, they are VERY specific about what they like, and I guess the more kinky it is the more likely they are to buy it online
