They all just have landing pages. They've had landing pages for as long as we've had them, which is years in most cases, which should indicate the strength of their PR.

I admit pagerank domains aren't our normal thing. We do periodically look at what pagerank our domains are but otherwise we don't actively seek out pagerank names or pay attention to backlink profiles, etc.

What I can say is we've had that domain since July of last year and it has not had anything but a for-sale page or parked page on it since we've had it, and it's managed to keep its PR. We sold CreativeSolutions.org (PR 1) for $400 but since CreativeFinancing.org is a weaker domain and is less aged, we priced it less even with the PR it has.
