Many thanks for your feedback and comments.

Yes, I could create the Edinburgh back end and front template on the domains registered, no problems. I wouldn't be able to add any meaty content though I'm afraid as this hasn't been written, but can easily be added at a later stage.

Price wouldn't be hefty and I'd be happy to negotiate a reasonable total cost for everything with you m'lord!
