123-reg webfowarding

I've tried to change a webforwarding url, but it isn't going live - it is still pointing to the old site, even after a day. Have tried resubmitting the new info 3 or 4 times - it appears in the settings, but is not live!

It used to go live within in minutes!

Anyone else having same issue?

I had exact same problems with heart this morning. I still have absolutely no idea what was happening.

Hi i was going to post my own thread on this i still have the same prob with 123-reg so much so that sedo are asking the question do i own the domains im trying to park i heard early that maybe nomainet might be down i will try in the morning

have been trying to get 123 to redirect for 3 days, also 2 new domains still on holding page not redirected to sedo after 3 days.....had problem with 1 domain at heart, but sorted fairly soon after contact......Question, the 2 new domains at 123 not being redirected if I decide to change IPStag to heart will they go through as normal , have checked and are reg with nominet
I think time for complete clearout from 123......even had email saying problem solved[automated?] while nothing touched...z

have checked your site today and it is displaying correctly, if your still unable to view your site please try clearing the cached memory before refreshing your page.
.....now 123 are refusing to admit there is a fault...seems they are in denial....z

shifted domains to heart.....now all working ok......!!!

Yep, me to, the ones I had for a while at 123-reg are forwarding OK, a couple of new ones I put there over the weekend even after 48 hours hours and setting up web forwarding several times over - still resolved to 123-reg holding page.

In the end I gave up yesterday & TAG changed them to Heartinternet and set up web forwarding from their control panel All OK now !


To be honest I gave up submitting support tickets to 123-reg ages ago, and if there is a problem I just move the name.
