This is really poor. I changed the tag on a load of names that were with 213-reg to a different tag using their own tag change facility in their control panel. Now the names are with the new tag, but they're also still showing up in the 123-reg control panel over a month later. I told their tech support about this and they want me to tell them which names aren't on their tag!!!

Good job I don't have my card details on file or they'd be charging me for renewing names they can't renew.

123-reg are awful with this type of stuff, i moved all of my domains away from them a couple of months ago

I'm having issues with getting 123-reg showing my domains which I've purchased on here. I had thought this was due to me and my newbie-ness. Perhaps not.

What registrar are you with now?

I moved all my domains to daily - no problems there so far.

I had 2 big problems with 123-reg:
1. every time i bought a domain and it had previously been registered with them (even if it had dropped or changed TAGs since) they wanted me to send a utility bill to them to prove the domain was mine???? very odd as the whois showed i was the legal owner.
2. There is no continuity with support tickets and everytime you update the ticket someone else would reply without even reading the whole ticket properly.

I sent 123 a support ticket on January 8th asking them to remove 68 domains from my account which have now been transferred to my tag, got a reply today saying all have been removed for me, I did give them a list of all the domains in my initial support request.

1) That's nuts.
2) I've encountered the same problem.

I've managed to complete the transfer of my domains now after creating a support ticket. Thanks for the Daily recommendation. I'll consider using them in the future.
